Barbacks work in bars and cafes where they assist bartenders and waiters with their duties.
They ensure that bartenders have everything they need to efficiently serve customers.
Barbacks are responsible for keeping the bar inventory stocked with beverages, liquors, and other necessary items.
They replenish the bar with glasses, napkins, ashtrays, ice cubes, straws, etc, maintain the working areas and counters clean and safe, and wipe, sweep, and mop bar surfaces.

Furthermore, you will maintain clean and safe workstations for bartenders, tidy up tables and counters, and keep the bar clean by wiping, sweeping, and mopping. You will also take out empty beer kegs and liquor bottles and replace them with new ones and equip the working area with mixers, shakers, and other items.
To be successful as a Barback, you should be able to multitask, provide excellent customer service, and have great organizational and teamwork skills.
