Furthermore, you will maintain clean and safe workstations for bartenders, tidy up tables and counters, and keep the bar clean by wiping, sweeping, and mopping. You will also take out empty beer kegs and liquor bottles and replace them with new ones and equip the working area with mixers, shakers, and other items.
To be successful as a Barback, you should be able to multitask, provide excellent customer service, and have great organizational and teamwork skills.
