Our hotel is hiring a pleasant Valet to join our staff. You will be responsible for welcoming guests upon their arrival, opening and closing car doors, unloading their luggage, and collecting car keys and necessary information. You will safely and duly park the guests’ vehicles in the hotel parking lot, provide basic maintenance and cleaning if needed, and return vehicles and keys to guests when they leave.

Additionally, you will ensure the safety and security of vehicles and inspect them for any damage before returning them to guests. In order to properly care for vehicles, you should collect all the necessary information, such as insurance or special requests from guests. Your goal will be to provide amazing customer service by answering questions from guests and providing assistance.
