We need a capable, experienced, and tech-savvy maintenance technician to be in charge of our building facilities. You will be responsible for overall maintenance and repairs to the building and its utilities and amenities. As the maintenance technician in charge of the building, you will carry out routine and regular inspections to identify possible failures, carry out preventive maintenance, carry out quality checks, schedule repairs, maintain inventory of parts and provide guidance in case new equipment needs to be purchased or repairs to be carried out.
We expect maintenance technicians to be versatile and well-versed with mechanical stuff, electricals, HVAC, and a gadget whiz since most of our facilities are computer-controlled or controlled through blue-tooth/wi-fi and apps.
