  • Carry out a routine inspection of buildings and equipment to identify any developing issues and notify building management/owners.

  • Develop maintenance schedule and procedures.
  • Ensure lifts, air conditioners, heating equipment, electrical equipment, and mechanical equipment remain in perfect working condition all the time.
  • Suggest backup facilities in case of breakdown to ensure uninterrupted services.
  • Plan and maintain inventory of parts for fast repairs.
  • Suggest ways and means to improve efficiency, performance, and energy consumption.
  • Suggest automation where required.
  • Inspect for end-of-life equipment condition and plan for new purchases.
  • Be aware of rules and regulations governing building maintenance, fire, and utilities and ensure safety.
