With our eSignature templates, you can create documents and have your candidates sign them directly through your account. This will help streamline the process and save you time and energy. What is eSignature?

With VIVAHR’s eSignature feature, you can create documents and have your candidates sign them directly through your account. Our eSignature templates are easily customizable and help streamline your hiring process, so you don’t need to waste time managing extra paperwork. Your signed documents will be stored directly in your VIVAHR account, so you can easily access them when needed!

 

How to sign up for the eSignature add-on?

  1. Log into the VIVAHR app
  2. Go to settings
  3. Click on integrations
  4. Click on eSignature under premium features
  5. Click add eSignature

Offer Templates

  1. + Add Template under Offer Templates
  2.  Enter template name
  3.  Enter subject
  4. Enter offer text and any placeholders
  5.  Click save

Sending Offers

  1. Go to the Messages section of the candidate’s profile
  2.  Click eSignature
  3.  Enter offer name
  4. Select offer template
  5.  Select which team members can view offer
  6.  Click Save
  7.  Enter information into the offer letter
  8.  Click Save
  9.  Send for signature
