Copier Technicians set up, install, and configure copiers, printers, scanners, fax machines, and other office equipment and ensure their optimal performance for users.
They are responsible for troubleshooting malfunctions and repairing printers, copiers, and other equipment, performing routine, preventive, and diagnostic maintenance, and suggesting upgrades and replacements for printing equipment based on usage trends.
