When you connect Gusto with VIVAHR, you can faster streamline your recruiting process and hire the right talent.
When you hire a new candidate with VIVAHR, you can quickly add your new hire info from VIVAHR into Gusto in just a few clicks.
Connect your VIVAHR account to your Gusto payroll account to process new hires immediately.
To get started with building your integration between VIVAHR and Gusto, go to your account settings and select Integrations in the submenu.
Click on the Gusto Integration icon.
On the integration overview screen, click on the “Connect your Gusto Account” button.
You will now be prompted to go through Gusto’s authentication process. Log in with your Gusto account credentials to authorize VIVAHR to access your account.
When authorization is finished, you will be automatically redirected back to the Integrations screen showing the account connected.
Now you can begin migrating new hires to Gusto.
Before you can begin migrating candidates from VIVAHR to Gusto, you’ll need to have the integration active and connected. Follow these steps to connect your VIVAHR account to Gusto.
Each candidate record contains an action menu. Once you click on the 3 dot action menu, you’ll see “Send to Gusto”
Soon, you will have a synthesized pool of qualitative data about your candidate. Your team can work together to create an overall rating, something you can refer back to again and again throughout the hiring process.
